This indicator has not been more true since we have been in a distance learning model. I have been called to join Team calls with teachers and students to troubleshoot issues. I love that Teams has the feature allowing participants on the call to share their screens. That feature has been very helpful when navigating through issues.
Personally, internet connections have been troubling for me as I live out in the country and have limited access to satellite internet. Providing classes from a distance has been a bit of a challenge- however, I along with the participants have been handling it with grace and understanding. To make up for failed attempts, I have reached out and worked 1:1 with teachers wanting to use Flipgrid with their students. Just knowing that there is someone out there wanting to support your efforts means a lot!
